| A few fortnights have passed since i have said anything. Therefore, i will throw a few comments out. I had another classic conversation with my grandfather. This time the topic was seats in cars, on tractors, whatever you sit in/on etc... His take is that if there is one thing to spend money one as an accessory it would be a seat. In his words, "I don't know why they would put anything but the most comfortable seat available to man on something you are sitting in all the time." I somewhat agree with him although i don't think i would throw away me stereo or 4-wheel drive for a more comfortable seat. Maybe when i am 70 (maybe) i will have a different opinion. Nonetheless, it was a very funny conversation because it consisted of him talking for over 20 minutes about comfortable car and such seats and me laughing.
For all of you who didn't know i turned 20 yesterday. I feel absolutely different except for the fact that i now own a kickass chainsaw. Needless to say, there will be no shortage of wood at the campsite. We'll all have to have a get together back there in the next couple weeks, maybe camping once the weather is warmer than 40 degrees at night. | | |
| Boy, that award ceremony at school sucked. We drove 50 miles to get a paper certificate. Even dad had the shits of it, so half way through the awards we decided to stand up and walk out because it wasn't worth the time. Not to mention the chairs were uncomfortable. The meal at bonanza before the awards was really scrum-didly-umptous though!!!
Yahoo baseball is not favoring me right now, I jave officially fallen into last place. The only person of two that showed up for the draft and i am last!! My good players are just out to lunch right now. Oh well, things will turn around mid-season. Enjoy the lead while you have it you lucky 6 people. | | |
| I guess it's fitting that i write something else since people have actually checked this site sometime in the past month. Yahoo baseball league is going alright, don't forget to log on and check your teams incase trades have been offered or players have been injured and need to go on the dl. If you don't check it will only hurt your team in the long run. Boston got their world series victory rings today. Congrats to The Red Sox!! May they beat the yankees again this year.
There's only three more weeks of classes and finals week left which is nice. I can't wait to start mowing grass. It's great to see it is growing again. Hopefully the sunny days will continue. Till something more interesting develops.....

| Opening day 2005, it's about time. I'm so glad baseball is back. I got sick of hearing about NCAA basketball.
The yahoo league has now begun for those of you who have signed up. Note: this means you need to log in once in a while to check up on how you are doing. For instance, i checked today and was surprised because Jami, who wasn't eve at the draft, if ahead of me. Good job Jamsie, but watch your back because griffey is playing today. I must share my disgust that the yankees destroyed the red sox last night 9-2. But at the same time i am semi glad because some of those players carried my fantasy team last night.
